The exhibition symbolizes the artist's inner growth through self-discovery and self-awareness transcending from periods of confusion and pain to passion, excitement and ultimately rebirth.
The exhibition's main artwork is "Origin", placed at the center of the room, also being the very first painting the artist created as a means of self-expression. It ends with "The White Lotus", representing the final stage of renewal and hope. The various colours utilized are all meant to underline various periods throughout this process.
The green color underlines the importance of hope, renewal and finding a way to move forward.
The black color focuses on attaining maturity and an understanding of one's ego.
The red color symbolizes the spark of new ideas and passion that ultimately fuels creation.
The blue color is about attaining balance, inner peace and a full acceptance of having gone through these stages.
The lotus flower symbolizes beauty, renewal and purity and it's the perfect metaphor to encapsulate this entire exhibition.
