CLOUD KINGDOM

This exhibition is the result of the travelogue KGZ IV: Kingdom of Happiness. In the fourth episode of the series Chronicles of Global Warming, I decided to visit a place that, amidst global chaos, holds itself as somewhat of an island of peace, relative prosperity, and satisfaction with simple things – Bhutan, an isolated kingdom in the Himalayas. Perhaps the Bhutanese can give us some vision of a simpler life?
The country surprised and delighted me, and I approached the photographs in a different way than I usually do. I hope that this selection of vistas, motifs, and topics conveys the tranquility with which this country radiates and affects the visitor.
