Looking For A Woman

My artistic practice explores philosophical themes related to mortality through the visual techniques of grotesque and absurd combinations of details, muti-figure compositions, archaic imagery, mythologized creatures, and phantasmagorical characters. focus on human inner transformation and how emotions reflect in the external world, conveying the loss and distortions of the human face. My primary subject is usually a female who represents my thoughts and dreams.
The main themes of my projects are trauma, tragedy, disaster, horror, and despair. Certain pieces tackle contemporary issues, such as the loss of a mother, war, and discrimination. I prefer vertical and square formats, and I mainly work with acrylics and dry pastels.
