His formal education in art encompasses both painting and sculpture; employing both in the creation of a distinctly shapely yet fluid form of surrealism. Arjmand navigates the complexities of existence within the body and the flesh. Each painting begins with a narrative derived from a drawing, a piece of writing, a photo or video, which Arjmand responds to through the expanding lines and abstraction of his art.
