Nature Adventure

Art can be inspired by the forms and patterns found in the natural world.
Modern science has provided us with the ability to observe unseen realms. Microscopes reveal remarkable and unusual biological creatures. Angela Faustina is a fruit photographer who begins by slicing or ripping open ripe fruit and photographing the delectable interior with a macro lens. Georgia O'Keeffe is a renowned American artist who accomplished this through her work. She enjoyed painting the interiors of objects, such as flowers, to make them appear enormous on the canvas.
Graphic design also include natural patterns. Kazumasa Nagai (永井一正)is a Japanese graphic designer. His work is frequently influenced by animals. No sloppy or jagged lines are shown; only bold visuals with crisp lines are there.
William Morris was a British textile designer, poet, artist, novelist, architect, printer, translator, and socialist activist associated with the British Arts and Crafts Movement. He made significant contributions to the resuscitation of old British textile arts and production techniques.
