LEGACIES OF BIAFRA

‘Legacies of Biafra’ exhibition is intended to generate a conversation about Nigeria-Biafra war through different mediums, in order to engage different audiences. It was our attempt to try to make sense of a complex and contested history, in order to bring about an understanding of the present – and in so doing, pave the way for a future. The first exhibition in this series was staged at Brunei Gallery, London from January to March 2018; The current episode of this touring exhibition is at Gallery Oldham, UK and will run from 23/10/2021 - 26/2/2022
