Juneteenth: On June 19th 1865, enslaved African-Americans in Gavelston, Texas, learned of their freedom, two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed.
156 years later, we continue our fight for liberation and equality. We fight for generational wealth, for positions as CEOs, for seats at the congressional table, and for our future as leaders of an inclusive future.
