"Blossoms On The East Land" is a virtual exhibition and online publication. This thesis project contains curation and regeneration of artworks from and with Asian female photographers, body activists, mostly from China and Taiwan. Aim to subvert the classic Chinese femininity stereotypes; reclaim their bodies and appearance; against the male gaze and objectification. To amplify the voices of the Asian women in our new generation and evoke conversations about our individual and collective experiences.

Blossoms On The East Land— a rebellious celebration of the diverse Asian female forms and identities, is an homage to women’s strength in Asian Culture. This thesis project values empowering and supporting their raw and unapologetic selves.
