Kamile Iljinaite is an independent Lithuanian painter, currently based in The Netherlands.
Often taking inspiration from the natural world, human nature, and the concept of interconnectedness, her artworks possess a certain intensity.
The artist explores colour in clashing mixtures of bright hues, her shapes are loose and tangly, expressing a freeform quality. In the art world, she is inspired by figurative art and the neo-expressionist movement, with a personal stroke of genius that makes her work stand out. Since 2020, she has started to share her artworks to a wider public, finding buyers in her home country as well as abroad.
