Days of Rare

Same but Different Director and photographer, Ceridwen Hughes and team seek to inspire us to look more deeply into a life lived with a rare disease. Each image is carefully designed to include personal elements that relate to the rare disease and its impact on the lives of those who have the condition. All of the people taking part are affected by a rare disease.
