Beckons the Light
Stephanie explores the enormity of human emotion when experiencing a landscape. The darkness and light we experience in our lives, daily are echoed in the landscapes, reminding us that darkness and light exist together and there cannot be one without the other. Sometimes a stillness and pause to a moment we did not know we needed, Stephanie focuses on landscapes that are often overlooked or at first glance, unremarkable.
After a busy year exhibiting in The Royal Academy, Royal Scottish Academy and The Royal Hibernian Academy, Stephanie has competed her largest body of work yet. The exhibition comprises of 9 original pieces 100x100cm and above, showcasing her incredible use of light, shadow and texture.
