Finding Beauty in an Imperfect World is a Virtual Art Exhibition of artworks by artists in the Cubberley Artists Studio Program (CASP) as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic and shelter-in-place order. The Virtual Art Exhibition is organized and curated by CASP artists, Barbara Boissevain and Pantea Karimi. The project overall aims to capture a variety of creative responses ranging from finding beauty in our everyday lives to expressions of hope and fear and the process of healing. Ultimately, Finding Beauty in an Imperfect World encourages the discovery of what these unprecedented times mean for artists and commonalities between their experiences.
