Curated by Touchstone Intern Skylar Ogunshakin-White, "The Lives We Never Lived", is a group exhibition exploring alternative pasts, presents, and futures through memories, connections, and self-perceptions. It focuses on how we view ourselves as human beings, including how self-critical we are and our capacity for good judgment. The exhibition invites viewers to look at life through a different lens, questioning how the choices we make—and the ones we don’t—shape who we become.It is a confession of our insecurities, truths, and desires, revealing the parts of us that ponder, yet remain unseen. Blending culture and history with possibility, The Lives We Never Lived reflects on the many facets of human experience and the countless paths that define who we are.
