Art Fair Daegu (AFID) is an international art event held annually at Daegu EXCO in May. It brings together leading domestic and international galleries, artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts, establishing itself as a new hub for the Asian art market. Since its inaugural launch in 2022, AFID has rapidly grown into an essential platform for the Korean art market. Beyond simple exhibitions, AFID expands the city into a single art stage through collaborations with galleries, museums, hotels, and brands across Daegu, transforming the entire city into a vibrant hub for art. It is also evolving into a platform that connects culture and economy, and the city and art.
